Kerrie Espuga is National Speaker and Managing Director of Corporate Trendsetters, LLC, a NY professional training firm. Her expertise includes training seminars on Public Speaking, Team Building, and Sales/Management.
Kerrie has 16 years experience facilitating/ training, selling, and coaching/managing in the Pharmaceutical industry.
In the role of Supervisory Associate Director in Sales Training, she designed and implemented a Well Being program to enhance employee morale, for which she won a Training Excellence Award. In the Sales arena, she won 3 Annual National Winner’s Circle Awards, including 2 President's Club trips. As a Sales Manager, she led her team from last in the Nation to #2 in the U.S. She's been a Public Speaking Trainer since 2001.
Kerrie majored in Business Management, and earned a B.A. from Gettysburg College. She’s an active member of American Society of Training and Development, and volunteers for the American Heart Association.
Kerrie is quoted in the book, The Power of Slow (by Christine Louise Hohlbaum), for her expertise in Sales Management. She was also selected to be interviewed for the Monster.com article on Careers in Pharmaceutical Sales vs. Biotech Sales by Megan Malugani (Monster.com Writer). She has written numerous articles and is considered an expert in the field.

On an academic scholarship Michelle earned dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Tuskegee University and continued her graduate studies at the Univ. of Alabama. Michelle’s work in leadership has been cited by the City of New York mayor’s office as “powerful and effective.” As an accomplished, speaker, writer and teacher, Michelle's expertise has involved extensive research in personal and professional development, self-improvement, the synergy, diversity and dynamics of teams and the issues affecting groups, social norms and behaviors. As a public speaking coach, Michelle continues to hold leadership positions within her community, church, and networks and can often be found sharing words of wisdom, inspiration and encouragement across a wide range of platforms and audiences.

In the role of Trainer at GlaxoSmithKline, she had several different positions and played a key role in integrating two different training processes when SmithKline merged with GlaxoWelcome. She successfully accomplished this by helping create new home study guides, District Sales Manager Guides, and a new Mentor program. As a new representative trainer, she created and facilitated product modules for several classrooms at one time, and played an integral role in the launch of a new indication for one of the key products by helping create product manuals and overseeing a train the trainer program. She managed the Associate Trainer Program which consisted of organizing a train the trainer program for 100 associate trainers, as their public speaking coach.
Allyson won several awards in training such as three impact awards for two launch meetings, and her role in the expansion training. Allyson was promoted to senior sales representative, then sales trainer, then district sales manager. In Sales, she won a President’s Club, 8 monthly awards for top sales, and an Eastern Divison Sales Contest.
Allyson majored in Marketing, and earned a B.S. from Penn State University. She volunteers for Gilda’s Club and Relay for Life.
